For lifters

For lifters.

· You log every set· You care about progressive overload· You hate apps that get in the way

If you’ve used Hevy, you know what good logging feels like: fast, opinionated, out of the way. Olune starts there and adds what Hevy still doesn’t have — nutrition coverage that matches MyFitnessPal, a coach that reads your data, and one account across every platform you own.

What you’ll actually use

  • Routines with supersets, exercise notes, and per-exercise rest. Pick from a curated catalog of 30+ canonical lifts or import the full Free-Exercise-DB.
  • Plate calculator with kg/lb presets and pair limits — for when the gym only has four 25-pounders.
  • Rest timer that knows your last set and reminds you when you’ve been on your phone too long.
  • 1RM trends computed three ways — Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi — so you can see when one diverges and figure out why.
  • Active session lock — Olune knows you’re mid-workout on the iPad and won’t let your watch double-log the same set.

Where the AI coach shows up

When you stall on a lift for two weeks, the coach proposes a deload or a programming swap. When your protein is short three days running and your bench is going backwards, it connects the dots. You accept, reject, or ignore — nothing is automatic.

The coach is opt-in. Turn it off and Olune is still the cleanest workout logger you’ll find.
